A scoped mobile MVP for onboarding, profiles, feed, and connections, designed under real delivery and budget constraints.

ABLE began as a browser combined with a knowledge base and later evolved around Contexts: project workspaces connecting web pages, files, notes, and AI chats in one place. I worked on the product at AegisAlpha as a product manager and designer, contributing across research, product decisions, information architecture, interaction design, and shipped iterations.

A content model and information architecture project that turned scattered works, exhibitions, and press into one searchable system.

My process stays with ambiguity until evidence makes the next decision clear. I challenge the brief, test the riskiest assumption, model the system, and work with product and engineering until the design survives contact with reality. AI accelerates exploration and synthesis; judgment decides what earns a place in the product.

01

Frame the problem

Challenge the brief before committing to screens.

02

Gather evidence

Interviews, observation, and product data reveal real behaviour.

03

Align early

Work with product, engineering, and QA before designs harden. What makes the cut is still a human call.

04

Model the system

Map flows, states, tokens, and edge cases before polishing UI.

05

Make it testable

Use prototypes, AI, or lightweight code to test the riskiest assumption.

06

Ship and learn

Release the smallest useful version, observe behaviour, and refine.

Karyna brought structure and clarity to a complex early‑stage product.

She transformed fragmented ideas and screens into coherent user flows, a consistent design system, and developer‑ready designs. Beyond executing the UI, she challenged assumptions, clarified MVP priorities, and helped resolve product logic across onboarding, profiles, connections, posts, and Circles.

Her feedback was thoughtful, practical, and always focused on making the product easier to understand and build.

After my first lesson with Karyna, I already understood so much more.

She explains everything clearly and calmly, making even complex ideas easy to grasp. She is supportive, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, which made the lesson both comfortable and engaging.

I’m looking forward to continuing.

I’m very glad I found Karyna. She is genuinely committed to helping me progress, with practical assignments and regular, timely, in‑depth feedback. In a short time, I have learned a great deal and developed a clear roadmap that I feel confident following.

Karyna joined us at an early stage, when we were launching MKOV Studio and Garage33 Gallery‑Shelter.

As our Designer and Researcher, she led design initiatives across both websites, graphic materials, research, and analysis. In a small, multidisciplinary team, her intuition and resourcefulness helped us turn ideas into working platforms and successfully launch both websites.

We would not have been as strong without her contribution.

Karyna is an empathetic and creative thinker who knows how to find the right design solution for each project. We worked together at PORT OF CULTURE on cultural projects, events, and wayfinding systems.

I would describe her as persistent, resourceful, and a generous team player.
